Forth is the river in the South East of
Scotland, with its headstreams rising on the
northeast slopes of Ben Lomond. It flows
approximately 72km (45miles) to Kincardine
where the Firth of Forth begins. The Firth is
approximately 80km (50miles long), and is
26km (16miles wide), where it joins the North
Sea.
